BOFH, LLC Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy supersedes any previous Privacy Policies published for individual BOFH, LLC owned domains and services.

BOFH, LLC owns and operates several websites and services ("services") that allow users to create, share, and discover content. This Privacy Policy applies to all services owned and operated by BOFH, LLC, a New Mexico Corporation (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “BOFH, LLC”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe online experience. For our websites and services that are hosted within the European Union, and unless otherwise specified, the data collected by us, and generated by you within the EU, is not transferred to the US.

For our websites and services that are hosted within the United States, Canada, and elsewhere, and unless otherwise specified, the data collected by us, and generated by you within those regions, is not transferred to the EU.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

BOFH, LLC makes use of the following services from Cloudflare, an internet security and infrastructure company:

• Always Online Beta
• Bot Management
• Content Delivery Network
• CSAM Scanning Tool
• R2

Some or all of your network traffic will pass through Cloudflare's proxies and web application firewalls before being forwarded to our servers for processing.

6. Advertising and Direct Marketing

BOFH, LLC does not engage in advertising or direct email marketing for its services. We will never use your personal information to send you promotional materials or display targeted advertisements.

Some of our services have the ability to serve banner ads and other types of ads purchased by our users. These ads are handled internally by the software running the service, and no user information is transferred to any third-party unless you click a link which takes you to a website not operated by us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will take steps to remove such information and terminate the child's account.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will post any changes to this Policy on our services and update the effective date at the top of the Policy. Your continued use of our sites and services after any changes to this Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
